Featured Plants: Week of April 12, 2009

Oh my gosh – the 5.5" zonal geraniums this week look down right gorgeous! Our esteemed grower, Gorton "of the sea", has done a very fine job w/ the p.h. and all this season and is to be commended on a job well done. Lets hope he keeps it up! There are so many fotos on this here e-newsletter, that I have lost track of where the zonals are, but keep scrollin' – they're in there somewhere! This week's fotos are chockfull of all kinds of eye candy and the occasional item we are a little long on that we hope you buy lots of!

In a previous correspondence I mentioned that I would follow up with the definition of the word 'Humdinger'; well, here ya' go…

One that is extraordinary or remarkable: a humdinger of a weekend at the garden center!
